quickshop.bd is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects independent vendors with customers. We provide the platform, but the actual contract for sale is between the Buyer and the Vendor. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

To place an order or sell on our site, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and Debit/Credit Cards.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product price is incorrectly listed due to a technical error.

4. Vendor Policies

  • Vendors are independent entities. While we strive to maintain high standards, quickshop.bd is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised by vendors.

  • Vendors must fulfill orders within the promised timeline. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and the vendor’s processing time.

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your order.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier or your doorstep.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Our return policy allows customers to request a return within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
